Safety Equipment for Pets

Ontario Police Department Ordinance Control Officer Lynsey Hansen practices using a new pet oxygen mask on Sweetie Tuesday afternoon at the Ontario Fire and Rescue Department. Carrie Cornils, owner of Invisible Fence of the Treasure Valley, out of Eagle, Dr. Lindsay Norman of the Ontario Animal Hospital and PDR Distributing each donated one set of animal oxygen masks to the City of Ontario, to be used by Ontario Fire and Rescue, the Ontario Police Department and the Ontario Rural Fire Department. Cornils said the donations are part of Project Breathe, and she would like to get oxygen masks to all departments in the Treasure Valley. Each kit contained three different-sized animal masks and hoses to hook to oxygen tanks.
